Events in the life of a Hollywood studio executive, unfold with the same unrealistic positive coincidences, ultimately culminating to a "happy ending".

Lakki: Boy Who Could Fly, has got to be one of the strangest films ever made. It concerns a boy dealing with his crazy, selfish parents, who are constantly splitting up, reuniting and badmouthing each other. his mother is a pretty but hilarious wreck of a woman. She continually becomes involved with stupid guys, bringing them home into her and her sons lives. It is funny hearing the way she talks to her son, as if he is a friend, or her equal, and not a 14 year-old. She selfishly becomes involved with her sons gym teacher, a stupid muscle head that has been terrorizing the boy…

It's summer break, so Toto (Altomaro) and Quique (Mora) can dream their life away by biking around their neighbourhood and spying on Quique's maid, Chabelita (Aguirre). When Toto's young and attractive cousin Azucena (Perdigon) arrives to spend some days in Toto's home the kid is attracted to her immediately. What Toto doesn't know is that her visit will bring him an experience he would never forget.

This is quite an interesting piece; fairly chilling for a kids movie. There are some enduring images amidst the sloppy storyline, but (other than the pre-pubescent nudity) for me youngster Patrick Ytting steals the show as the sadistic, cat-murdering, sausage-throwing, preist's son Mourids. I happen to be fortunate enough to share a few film classes with Patrick and live about five minutes away from him. Its quite weird to have a conversation with greatness(!) Watch it if you know someone whose in it and they are prepared to translate it for you, otherwise go for a better kiddy tale; like the Goonies.

In a miserable circus, a young trapeze artist seduces her father, gets pregnant and decides to have her baby, so she leaves the circus and joins a group of puppeteers who make shows from passages of the Bible.

In 1946, a soldier fathers a child then dies before its birth. Jump to 1952: on a train, the child and his mother meet a handsome soldier who makes a play for her. She accepts. Posing as a married family, the soldier finds them a rooming house where he becomes everyone's favorite through his good looks and generosity. Meanwhile, he gives the boy, Sanya, lessons in life: to fight back, to win at all costs. The child's mother, Katya, is head-over-heels in love with Tolyan, the soldier, but the relationship becomes rocky when Tolyan's true plans for the rooming house become clear. It starts them on a treadmill of flight that risks Katya's life, Tolyan's liberty, and Sanya's trust.
