During the two decades that followed the end of World War II in 1945, independent record labels flourished. Many of these micro labels succeeded by specializing in specific types of music that the more bland-minded giants—RCA, Columbia and Decca—largely ignored. In the process, these small labels wound up establishing beachheads for new music genres and cornering the market for the genres' best musicians and singers.

'Moon Safari' is the debut studio album by the French duo Air, released in 1998. The album is a superlatively happy collection of experimental disco-mood sound nestled between ambient soundscape and breathy pop. Jean-Benoit Dunkel and Nicholas Godin, the French duo that makes up Air created a sonic masterpiece that captured a style and atmosphere there transcends time and place. The album is the third release by the band who formed in 2009 when Belgian Producer and musician Frank van Bogaert and keyboard player William Beckers established FISH ON FRIDAY as a studio-based Progressive Rock project. The band’s debut album was released in 2010 and saw the band augmented by Californian guitarist Marty Townsend and drummer Marcus Weymaere. The album’s melodic Progressive approach soon drew very favourable critical stylistic comparisons with the progressive side of Alan Parsons Project.

The Complete Stevie Wonder is a digital compilation featuring the work of Stevie Wonder. Released a week before the physical release of A Time to Love, the set comprises almost all of Wonder's officially released material, including single mixes, extended versions, remixes, and Workout Stevie Workout, a 1963 album which was shelved and replaced by With a Song in My Heart. The set also contains a digital (PDF) booklet and three music videos: "Overjoyed", "Part-Time Lover" and "So What the Fuss".
On April 21, 2015, the box set lost its exclusivity rights to iTunes. It was removed from the iTunes store, but is available on other streaming services, and available on FLAC as well.

"On Stage and in the Movies" is Dionne Warwick's 7th album for Scepter Records, and was recorded and released in 1967. The LP was issued as number 559 in the Scepter Catalog. The cover art for this LP was simple: Warwick in a multicolored gown against a black background. As mentioned in the liner notes of the Rhino Records 1984 collection Dionne Warwick Anthology, this LP was one of three concept albums recorded by Warwick during her tenure with Scepter. The other two albums identified in the notes are "Soulful" and "The Magic of Believing". While there were no hit singles from this album, some of the songs that were featured were "Summertime"; a humorous reading of "Anything You Can Do" (alongside an uncredited Chuck Jackson); "You'll Never Walk Alone"; "Something Wonderful", and "Baubles, Bangles, and Beads".
