On 5 December 2002, trainee pilot Nathan Gray walked away from an 'unsurvivable' crash at RAF Wittering in Cambridgeshire. His instructor, seated behind him, was killed instantly. Despite the physical pain and mental scars, he found the strength and resilience to continue his flying career. Today Commander Nathan Gray is one of the UK's elite test pilots - the best of the best.

Initiated by guitarist Atte Jääskelä in Northern Finland during 2007. After a few transformations, in 2009 the band found a definitive direction with a new line up, and began to use the name NICUMO. Incredibly strong vocals by Hannu Karppinen, lively, heavy rhythm section by Sami Kotila (bass) And Aki Pusa (drums), recognizable emotional guitar melodies with strong riffs by Atte Jääskelä and phenomenally rambling solos by Tapio Anttiroiko provides a musical mixture that is worth to hear.

Unf*ck Your Life and Relationships combines Anita's personal story and the culmination of twenty-five years of clinical experience with individuals, couples, and families. She demonstrates that building healthy relationships starts from the inside out and calls for a "back to basics" of love and life that have become lost in a culture driven by electronic communication and social media attachment.
