The second Think Floyd album was where Tony Red really triumphed with his songwriting…
Formed by Tony Red, the bands' leader, bass guitarist, song writer and singer as a tribute band of PINK FLOYD. Releasing own songs as well now with great similarities to the real thing. If you are into PINK FLOYD and haven't tried this band yet you are missing a real treat. THINK FLOYD are much more than your typical tribute band. Music in pure tradition of "Wish You Were Here" PINK FLOYD album with floating keyboards, solo guitar in the GILMOUR vein and vocals remind me of WATERS…

Think was a little known band from New Zealand which recorded only one album called "We'll Give You A Buzz" in 1976. Music on this disk sounds completely like early 70s British art/prog rock. When listening to this album you can immediately think about such bands as Cressida, Spring, Fantasy, Badger, Mainhorse or early Yes. Just like these groups "Think" plays very melodic, sometimes laid-back prog-rock full of warm Hammond B-3 sounds which create this special classic 70s atmosphere. Seems that New Zealand is so far from Europe that these guys just didn't know that such music was already unfashionable and "démodé" when they started to play it. And thank God that they didn't realize it 'cos we can enjoy this great record.
Think Out Loud started out as a collaboration between both west coast singer/songwriter/musicians in 1988. Peter Beckett and Steve Kipner, x-bandmates from Skyband and Tin Tin, released a self-titled album on A&M Records. Sharing lead vocals through out the album, Peter credited with lead guitar and programming, while Steve handled the bass, keyboards and some programming also.
