Beyond Time Structure, the new album from the Polish artist Vanderson consists seven energetic songs between 6 and 13 minutes. Every song has all the time it needs to evolve to a very special and harmonic piece of Electronic Music. Gorgeous melodies, deep sound and an extremely well balance between melodic and hypnotic elements, make this album so wonderful. Vanderson is well known for harmonic tunes and his own style playing with simple but intelligent sequences. On Beyond Time Structure he adds an additional portion of rhythmic elements so this album became different from his so far known work. Some influences by modern electronic dance music are intended. Also the sound design is more modern without losing the spirit of his past releases.

This album marks the culmination of our decade-long journey with Aaron Jay Kernis’ music for string quartet. From the moment we put bow to string for Aaron’s Second Quartet, we realized his special voice and our connection to his music’s ability to capture both the complexity of the world and the simplicity of a moment. This depth fascinated us, inspired our playing and prompted us to dream of commissioning Aaron’s 3rd Quartet.

He was as eminent in composing as in playing extemporanously. Among the musicians who were active in the first half of the seventeenth century, Girolamo Frescobaldi (Ferrara, 1583 – Rome, 1643) stands out not only as an organist whose virtuosity and technical skill were superlative and incomparable, but also as a formidable musician who was able to interpret the artistic stirrings in the musical language of his time and to incorporate them, in an effective and significant way, into his vast production for keyboard instruments.
