It has already broken the record for largest first printing for a graphic novel with 350,000 copies. Of course you can ask any American teenage girl on the street if she has read Twilight and it would be safe to say she has (although we would much rather have them read many other books with better topics). If you're in the US you can ask your girlfriend or wife about it and chances are she's read it, too. And if she has, maybe now's your chance to curl and cuddle up with her with a laptop or e-reader and read the graphic novel.
