"Let's Dance" is the 15th studio album by English musician David Bowie. It was originally released in April 1983, almost three years after his previous album, "Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps)". Co-produced by Chic's Nile Rodgers, the album contains three of his most successful singles: the title track, "Let's Dance", which reached #1 in the UK, US and various other countries, as well as "Modern Love" and "China Girl", which both reached #2 in the UK. "China Girl" was a new version of a song that Bowie had co-written with Iggy Pop for the latter's 1977 album "The Idiot". It also contains a re-recorded version of the song "Cat People (Putting Out Fire)", which had reached #1 in New Zealand, Norway and Sweden a year earlier.

Alphaville's second album, produced for the most part by Peter Walsh, found the group creating something close to a concept record, in overall atmosphere and structure if not in specific storyline. That Alphaville wanted to aim high can be gauged from the credit list – the three core members "composed" the album, while no less than 30 musicians and singers helped perform it.

"Tour De France" is the 1983 single by German electronic group Kraftwerk. This CD single features three mixes of the song. It is also an enhanced CD featuring the music video for "Tour De France". The enhanced "extras" is only within the lossless version. This was released by EMI Electrola in 1999.

"Groove Is In The Heart" is the 1990 single by Brooklyn dance group Deee-Lite. While they were known for being pop one-hit wonders, they had a number of #1 hit songs on the dance charts. However, their one-hit fame lead to a lot of attention, and the song also featured legendary bassist Bootsy Collins and rapper Q-Tip. This UK digital single was reissued and released in 2014 by Elektra/Rhino.
