'Music From Porcelain'' is the companion album for Moby's autobiography, ''Porcelain,'' being released by Random House on May 17, 2016. The album is also the first comprehensive compilation of Moby's work starting in the 1990s and includes re-mastered recordings from Moby's early catalog. As a bonus, ''Music From Porcelain'' also contains a collection of some of the era's defining dance recordings that inspired Moby's early career. Moby is without question the most iconic and successful musician of the American Electronic Music scene. The book tour starting in May will stop in over 20 US cities where Moby will be doing local and national press, including TV appearances.

This release features the most beautiful songs from the Andean regions of Colombia, presented by Niyireth Alarcon who is widely known for her warm, velvety voice. Niyireth is accompanied here on traditional instruments such as the tiple, bandola, guitars, bombo, and percussion. Born in Garzon, Niyireth Alarcon is a mezzoprano with a first class singing technique. In over twenty years of continuously working with Colombian music of the Andes, Niyireth has made her contribution to theis genre by taking its singing to new levels seeking to bring the genre close to the Latin American singing movement.

The team meet the campaigners and lawyers trying to free innocent prisoners incarcerated in hugely overcrowded conditions, described by the United Nations as 'sub-human', as the country still battles to deal with the devastating aftermath of the 2010 earthquake and recent hurricane.

After a string of head-turning, critically acclaimed releases on Hush Records, Portland's Loch Lomond has brought their unique brand of raw symphonic chamber pop to locally based record label Tender Loving Empire. Loch Lomond released their much anticipated second full length 'Little Me Will Start A Storm' for release in 2011, and is currently recording new material. The album was mixed by Adam Selzer (who has recorded all of M Ward's records), Tucker Martine (Laura Veirs, The Decemberists), Kevin Robinson (of Viva Voce), and Jeff Stuart Saltzman.

This new recording by Ondine includes the world premiere recordings of four works by the celebrated Finnish contemporary composer Einojuhani Rautavaara (b. 1928). Rubáiyát (2015) is a song cycle based on the poetry of Omar Khayyam (10481131). The work was written for Gerald Finley who in this recording sings the solo part of the orchestral version of the work. Balada (2014), based on texts by Lorca, is a large-scale work for tenor, mixed choir and orchestra. Tenor Mika Pohjonen sings as the soloist.

Earth From Above, Sverre Knut Johansen s debut on Spotted Peccary Music, evokes a soaring perspective of unusual terrestrial landscapes from high above the skies, all illuminated through melodic compositions. At times austere, often richly orchestrated, and always a sound experience filled with emotional, poetic content. Sverre, with featured guest artist David Helpling, combines electronic instruments, guitar samples, and a diverse menu of rhythmic components to deftly craft a foundation of emotive, atmospheric character.

Redbone's career has spanned over four decades and began with his earliest performances on the folk festival and club circuit. His numerous appearances on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and Saturday Night Live and other outlets catalyzed his rise to international recognition.
