Reggae Xplosion: The Remix is a 2006 compilation CD released by the Blazing Flames Entertainment label. It features reggae and dancehall material, done "mix tape" style, by Sizzla, Luciano, Tony Rebel, Ghost, Halfpint and many more.

It's hard to say how it is possible to put together a compact disc of just reggae hits but Crimson Productions/Demon Music Group did their best and suceeded to come up with an edition in 2008. The CD is called Reggae Hits and it's a minute collection of some of the best reggae music available, not only from Jamaica but also England and the United States.

Rock A Shacka have pulled together a classy compilation here which presents covers of classic soul, funk and disco given a smooth reggae re-rub. It's all silky and steady, as the likes of Barry White, The Ohio Players, McFadden & Whitehead and The Temptations all get the cover treatment from a varied cast of groups and players. The version of 'Skin Tight' is especially worth checking with its slick organ licks neatly re-positioning the seriously funky original. If you love reggae, funk or soul, you're going to find plenty to love about this one.

Originally released by Trojan Records in 1972, the ‘Reggae Reggae (Vol. Two)’ LP is perhaps best-known by record buyers for its iconic sleeve, depicting a group of young suedeheads set against the very un-tropical backdrop of Brixton railway arches. But the collection offered considerably more than simply a striking cover, for the music within the grooves of the record that lay within ranks alongside the finest reggae of the period.
