The self-titled debut from WOLFPAKK. The amazing melodic metal all-star project, feat.: current or former members of: Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Whitesnake, Y.Malmsteen, Gotthard, Primal Fear, U.D.O., Quiet Riot, Crystal Ball, Mad Max, Glenn Hughes and many more.

Striker knows where its roots lie. Its branches hang from the same retro-trad metal family tree as Enforcer, White Wizzard, Skull Fist, Wolf and Steelwing. Their influences are heavily steeped in NWOBHM played by bands such as Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Saxon, early Def Leppard and Tygers of Pan Tang. Striker also has traces of American metal played by Riot, Racer X and Vicious Rumors.

"Vampiro" is the band’s ninth studio album, and it keeps alive a trend Helstar started when they came back from a hiatus at the end of the last decade. That trend being the release of one high-energy, high-quality heavy metal album after another. It’s been more than 30 years since the Helstar debut and the band sounds just as vital and inspired as ever. Revisiting the "Nosferatu" theme definitely seemed to help here, giving the band a classic frame of reference as well as a sinister subject to go with the wicked riffs found on "Vampiro".

It’s very hard to make it in the power metal world. The constant criticism of it being a stale genre and the fierce competition make bands feel the need to leave their safe space and often times reinvent themselves. CONSFEARACY formed in the spring of 2009 when lead vocalist Brian O’Connor, (ex- lead vocalist of U.S. metal group Vicious Rumors) and guitarist Fabian Schwarz (of German rock band The New Black) set out to create and perform a transatlantic style of metal and expand their musical collaborations worldwide, thus CONSFEARACY was born.Securing this successful partnership with Massacre Records, CONSFEARACY is looking forward to launching their heavy, yet sophisticated assault of metal to the masses and becoming a mainstay in the worldwide market of music.
