Ving Tsun

This series was created by the project Ving Tsun Museum to preserve the traditions of individual areas and sub-genres Wing Chun. VTM Ip Man Instructional Series summarizes the knowledge of the three masters of Wing Chun, who studied directly from Yip Man (Wong Shong Leung, Jiu Wan, Moy Yat). Each episode deals with one of the basic forms of style, showing the important technical details of ensuring the effectiveness of techniques, explained the basic concepts and tactics, demonstrates techniques, etc. All the techniques are shown alone and with a partner. In addition, demonstrate specific exercises aimed at practicing the key skills and forming a kind of autopilot, instinctive performance techniques adequate to the situation.
