In the 10th year since the band's reunion, the quintet can look back on four top 10 albums in Germany, including an unbelievable #1 with Blind Rage (2014) and a brilliant #3 with their album The Rise Of Chaos (2017). Over the past few months, the German band has been anything but passive, instead they've been finalizing their live release Symphonic Terror - Live at Wacken 2017. Fans can expect a unique, two hour Accept show, recorded on August 3rd, 2017 at the legendary W: O: A, where the band played the biggest and most extraordinary show of their career in front of 80.000 live fans at the festival, on top of thousands more fans watching via the live stream!

Deep Purple have announced the release of two live concert movies filmed at Wacken and in Japan.

It’s a busy summer for Kai Hansen his “Thank you Wacken” live solo album comes out in late June, and then a month later one of his bands, Unisonic, release their live album, also recorded at Wacken, and of course he’ll be busy preparing for the Helloween Pumkins united tour. If you haven’t listened to Unisonic before but are a fan of Helloween then I’d urge you to check out Unisonic as it reunites two Helloween legends, Kai Hansen and Michael Kiske. The studio albums are excellent and they’re now releasing this live album.

The Long Island-based quintet Dream Theater are, in the 21st century, the standard bearers of progressive metal. While the subgenre's origins can be traced to Rush's song "Bastille Day" in 1975, and Queensrÿche's 1988 concept offering Operation: Mindcrime was its first full-length album, Dream Theater have largely defined and expanded the music's horizons since 1986.
