Winger was much maligned for the few years they were big, and undeservedly so. The members of this band are educated in music and are among the best in their crafts. The quality shows through on this fantastic compilation showcasing their brief run.
I find interesting the order in which the songs are put on this CD. The first track, "On The Inside" is a new recording that seems to pick up right where the barely-noticed but awesome "Pull" album left off. Hints of a modern sound persist but the melody is still there. Next comes five straight tracks from "Pull"–their third and last album. Songs like "Blind Revolution Mad" and "Junkyard Dog" sound better than ever and remind me how much I liked the direction they were taking at that time while rock music was being overrun by grunge.

In celebration of their 35 years as a touring and recording act, multi-platinum artist Winger have announced the release of their seventh studio album, the aptly titled “Seven” on May 5th. The 12-track album, produced by vocalist/bassist Kip Winger and recorded in Nashville, TN, will be distributed worldwide by Frontiers Music Srl. It is the band’s first new album since their 2014 release “Better Days Comin’”.

Karma is the fifth studio album by American rock band Winger. Born in 1987 under the initiative of former ALICE COOPER band member Kip Winger (vocals, bass) and Reb Beach (guitars), WINGER's line-up was completed by Paul Taylor (another ex ALICE COOPER on guitars and keyboards) and former DIXIE DREGS drummer Rod Morgenstein. WINGER recorded three very successful studio albums. The self-titled debut, was released in 1988 on Atlantic, achieved platinum status in the United States, and gold in Japan and Canada sporting such hits as "Madalaine", "Seventeen" and "Headed For A Heartbreak".

Karma is American rock band Winger's fifth studio album. The album was released on 16 October 2009 in Europe and 27 October 2009 in the United States. The inspiration for a new Winger came about at the end of 2008, when Kip Winger had the vision to melt the more commercial, heavier and song oriented approach of the first two albums with the more "thinking-man" approach of the last two studio records.
