Loving You: 60 Beautiful Love Songs to Show How Much You Care is an entertaining sampler of familiar romantic themes spread out over three discs. The Rhino compilation contains the original versions of "She’s Gone" (Hall & Oates), " I Want to Know What Love Is" (Foreigner), "Kiss from a Rose" (Seal), and "Breathless" (the Corrs). There's no particular reason why this compilation exists, but the end result is an enjoyable listen.
A minimalist masterpiece a million miles from Nashville country, Kurt Wagner's latest Lambchop album pursues the electronica soundbed and vocoder vocals first employed on FLOTUS. The chilly sheen of its glitchy synth surfaces soon gives way to an envelopng warmth, enhanced by Wagner's crackly vocal, always teetering on the edge of distortion, its electronic soundscapes enhanced by spectral piano melodies, endlessly inventive bass and intiutive drumming from his trio of sidemen. With its melancholic mood and lyrics rooted in reflection and regret, this could be the birth of an entirely new genre - electro-jazz noir.
The long-awaited new studio album. For the recordings, Tito Larriva chose a studio near his hometown. He grew up in El Paso, Texas, and always wanted to record in this studio called Sonic Ranch, less than an hour away. He thought it would be fun to be near his dad while recording the new album. Larriva drew energy from his father, the desert, and all the magical moments he carries in his heart. From what he calls home. 8 Arms To Hold You captures the colors and smells of the desert, it's passionate and romantic. Along with Tito's electrifying vocals, another masterpiece in his long and successful career as a musician, composer, and actor.

The Worm Ouroboros proudly presents their 2nd album "Endless Way From You", as a natural follow-up to their first "Of Things That Never Were", which incorporates styles from symphonic prog and Canterbury tradition right down to the bleak and sinister zeuhl territories. It’s a whole-range visions of dreams and nightmares, leading you through wordless skies and deserted seashores; mainly instrumental with intense and complex arrangements with flute, guitar and vintage keyboards. Like the first one, new album features guest musicians from Five-Storey Ensemble.
