Abba Gold

The campiest band of all time (and perhaps the only one to have a long-running popular musical based on their music and career,) Swedish sensation ABBA have won some kind of place in the hearts of millions. The perfectly polished pop group enjoyed a renaissance of sorts when their music was heavily featured in the cult Australian film, MURIEL'S WEDDING. This video, GOLD, is a diverse collection of some of their greatest hits – from "Dancing Queen" to "Mamma Mia" to "Waterloo."

"Gold: Greatest Hits" is a compilation album of recordings by Swedish pop group ABBA. Since 1992, Gold has been released several times, most notably in 2008 to coincide with the release of the film Mamma Mia! and most recently in 2014 to mark the group's 40th Anniversary of winning the Eurovision Song Contest. The 40th anniversary edition of ABBA Gold not only will have listeners singing along to the catchy tunes but will leave them sharing the admiration many fellow musicians have expressed for Björn and Benny’s songwriting skills and production talents. Voyage is the ninth and final studio album by Swedish group ABBA, released on 5 November 2021. It is the group's first album of new material in 40 years following The Visitors (1981), and contains 10 songs all composed by ABBA's songwriters, Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. The album was supported by a double A-sided single release, "I Still Have Faith in You" and "Don't Shut Me Down", released alongside the album announcement on 2 September 2021. A digital concert residency, also called ABBA Voyage, will take place in London beginning May of 2022.
