Plus there's a new Scene Cleaner tool that can brush away undesirable objects from a photo [so you can ditch that car or tourists from the view] And there's now a Smart Brush which lets you instantly apply effects to a selected area of the image.

MetaRaw lets you open camera raw files with Adobe Camera Raw, which are normally not supported by it, and apply it as a filter to image layers. In Photoshop Elements MetaRaw allows activating hidden features of Adobe Camera Raw.
