Anthony Newley

Anthony Newley was an English actor, singer and songwriter. Newley achieved success as a performer in such diverse fields as rock and roll and stage and screen acting. The Guinness Book of British Hit Singles & Albums described Newley as "among the most innovative UK acts of the early rock years before moving into musicals and cabaret". This album features the songs from 1967 American musical film "Doctor Dolittle". It was originally issued as RCA/Victor LSP-3839.

Pure Imagination is the 1971 album by actor Anthony Newley. Newley was one of David Bowie's biggest influences. The album was only 25 minutes in length, thus the small size of the file. That means this is essentially an EP but no one cared (too much) back then. This "album" was released by MGM Records.
