Shuky & Aviva mainly recorded records in French. Between 1972 and 1978 appeared over 15 singles, which Levi had partly written himself. From her biggest hit Signorina concertina in 1972 a total of around two million copies have been sold. This song they presented in a German version in 1973 also in the ZDF hit parade.
Aviva, a hard-working hotel cook in the small northern Israeli town of Tiberias, is on the brink of finally fulfilling her lifelong dream. For years she kept her remarkable writing abilities under wraps, until her sister, Anita, introduces her to Oded, an accomplished novelist. Immediately recognizing Aviva's talent, Oded takes her under his wing, promising to help her achieve greatness. But the journey to greatness effects her life and the lives of her family - her unemployed husband, her trouble children, her unstable mother, and primarily her sister, a funny and sensitive woman who have her own dreams. When Aviva discovered that Oded has other plans for her work, her world collapses.

Included are two guitarists, a bassist-drummer and a second keyboards player (Who also plays violin) helping the Master of Ceremony. As the name indicates, "Nutcracker In Fury" creates a sort of musical fantasy, rearranging, twisting and paying tribute to Tschaikovsky's "Nutcracker", still based on Offenbach's "The Tales Of Hoffmann"…

In fact, in cases such as Little Tragedies, Edward Artemiev or Horizont, it would be more accurate to evoke XIXth and XXth century classical music, for Slavic culture reasons. Aviva perfectly illustrates this phenomenon. It is in fact Russian virtuoso pianist and multi-instrumentalist Dmitri Loukanienko's project. After a second opus with band name Aviva Omnibus, Dmitri Loukanienko turns back to the joys of the solitary musician, as he presents a third volume that's still quite mindblowing…
