SIMORGH est une formation rassemblant Lucio Bukowski (textes) et Lionel Soulchildren (compositions).
La musique née de cette rencontre oscille entre des sonorités successivement noires ou lumineuses, souvent chamaniques, avec une constante présence de voix mêlées aux instrumentations. A travers les 10 titres de ce premier album éponyme, c’est un voyage intérieur qui s’effectue où se télescopent les thèmes de la mort et de l’amour, du temps et de la création, du doute et du refus.

The first association, which raises the title of Transatlantyk, is a novel by Witold Gombrowicz, one of the most important Polish emigre creators - and it is about the life in exile that sounds the recognized vibraphonist Dominik Bukowski with his band, the trumpeter Emil Miszkiem, Adam Żuchowski on double bass and Patryk Dobosz on drums.

After more than a decade with Modest Mouse, Isaac Brock still sounds young and weird and searching, and never more so than on Good News for People Who Love Bad News, which follows the band's meditative The Moon & Antarctica with a set of songs that are more focused, but also less obviously profound. The occasionally indulgent feel of The Moon & Antarctica allowed Modest Mouse the room to make epic statements about life, death, and the afterlife; while Good News for People Who Love Bad News is equally concerned with mortality and spirituality, it has a more active, immediate feel that makes its comments on these subjects that much more pointed. The band hits these points home with a louder, more rock-oriented sound than they've had since The Lonesome Crowded West, particularly on "Bury Me with It," which embodies many of the contradictions that continue to make Modest Mouse fascinating.

Legacy Recordings are releasing an expanded edition of Modest Mouse’s breakthrough album, Good News For People Who Love Bad News in celebration of its 20th anniversary. Originally released in 2004, the album offered a unique blend of existential lyricism and innovative soundscapes which helped Modest Mouse break out of the rock underground after more than a decade of existence. The digital release (5th April) features eight bonus tracks, including brand new remixes from Poolside, Jacknife Lee, Dan the Automator, MGMT’s Andrew VanWyngarden and more. The album has also been remastered for vinyl, pressed as deluxe 2LP coloured edition. The package includes an alternate album cover, 8-page booklet and five of the new remixes.

This is the 2015 edition of the Vans Warped Tour compilation double CD. Warped Tour 2015 is the 21st edition of the Vans Warped Tour. The kickoff party took place on April 7, 2015 at Club Nokia in Los Angeles and featured performances by: ho99o9, Bebe Rexha, Candy Hearts, Metro Station, New Beat Fund, As It Is, New Years Day, and Knuckle Puck. 50 songs, an hours of insanity from Pierce The Veil, August Burns Red, Black Veil Brides, and more. In true fairy tale fashion, singer-songwriter “Noraa” went from being a first-grade school teacher to a major label recording artist. In 2017, the Afro-German native with a vibe that is a cross between early days Sade and modern day The Weeknd, was discovered and signed as an artist to WMG’s Elektra Records, as a songwriter to Universal Music Publishing Group, and as a performer to Live Nation – all in France. After a global search for her ‘sound’, Carlos “Los Da Mystro” McKinney came on board to produce four songs, including Noraa’s debut single “Lie To Me”. Los is known for creating hit songs with superstars including “Trading Places” by Usher, “Walking on the Moon” with The-Dream featuring Kanye West, “My Love” with The-Dream Featuring Mariah Carey and “I Invented Sex” with Trey Songz featuring Drake. Today they launch Noraa’s debut song – and – set their sights on coming to America with Elektra to find the best American record label partner for her career.
