Three CD set including a bonus disc of remixes. Formed in Oldham in 1980, Inspiral Carpets rose to prominence alongside such bands as The Stone Roses, The Charlatans, and The Happy Mondays, as part of the Madchester scene in the late 80s/early 90s. They have released five studio albums; Life (1990), The Beast Inside (1991), Revenge of the Goldfish (1992), Devil Hopping (1994) and Inspiral Carpets (2014), achieving four UK Top 20 Albums and UK Top 20 Singles. Their biggest singles include 'This Is How It Feels', 'She Comes In The Fall', 'Saturn 5', 'I Want You' and 'Dragging Me Down'.

Inspiral Carpets couldn't really sustain their vision over the course of an entire album, yet they made a number of infectious Madchester singles, which became fairly big hits in England. The Singles collects all of the group's U.K. hits, from the swirling, sunny "Joe" to "I Want You," a duet with the Fall's Mark E. Smith that had previously been unavailable on album. Over the course of 17 tracks, nearly every one of the band's great moments ("This Is How It Feels," "Dragging Me Down," "She Comes in the Fall," "Saturn 5," "Uniform") is featured, making Singles a definitive overview of the laid-back baggy band's career.

'The Complete Singles (1988-2015)' features all of the Inspiral Carpets' 24 singles remastered and on one album for the first time. From 'Keep the Circle Around', through the chart hits 'This is How it Feels', 'Two Worlds Collide', 'Saturn 5', 'I Want You', featuring Mark E Smith, to the last single 'Let You Down', featuring John Cooper Clarke.
