Diana Dors plays the Madame Margareta who sets up a stage show that features her gorgeous young nieces Susanna (Cia Löwgren) and Karen (Solveig Andersson). One day while posing as a Russian ballerina, Susanna meets a nice airplane pilot named Peter in the park. He turns out to be a mere cargo clerk at the airport. Karen finds solace in arms of a well-to-do socialite, and neither man knows what the gals really do for a living. Christina Lindberg has a small role, but you will surely recognize Solveig Andersson who played with Christina before and acts really good in this burlesque drama.
In typical exploiteers fashion this German 1972 dramatic comedy [Girls Who Come to Munich] was bought from the European distributer by a U.S. exploiter[Omni Pictures] and released in North America in 1976 with a terrible english dub and new sexy poster and totally new "Americanized" set of film credits. This of course was to fool audiences into thinking that this was a home grown Hollywood softcore sex comedy. Christina Lindberg & Ingrid Steeger were unknown in the states and not considered commercial assets so their names were changed along with the director, producer and the rest of the cast. Omni also added a teaser "Starring the Winners of the 1976 International Swingers Competition" which meant absolutely nothing. This "new" dubbed edited version was later distributed by Something Weird Video.
Christina Lindberg plays a Swedish star who comes to work in Japan. She accidentally gets in the wrong cab with socially maladjusted, virginal cabdriver. Due to misunderstandings as a result the language barrier, she ends up at his apartment where he rapes her and photographs her naked and bound. She eventually develops Stockholm syndrome and seems to fall in love with her captor, at first perhaps just to get the upper hand, but later quite genuinely (after another horrible misadventure at a Yakuza-owned nightclub).
A german sex comedy filmed in 3D. The viewer is constantly reminded of that, because the cinematography is truly bizarre with plenty of scenes of rather peculiar camera angles that strongly emphasize the 3D effects, e.g. a girl on a swing moving towards (and above) the camera, twigs hitting a car window, and many many more. The exaggeration of 3D makes these scenes quite funny, as the effects are completely over the top. Can you imagine Christina Lindberg in 3-D? 70 mm Triarama made it possible for cinema-goers. Well yeah, watching DVDRip you need a bit more phantasy…
Cult star Christina Lindberg stars as Anita, a 16-year-old girl who has to have sex and it doesn't matter with who. She picks up lawyers, junkies, little boys, drunks or even the homeless. Her sexual behavior gets her kicked out of towns but one day she meets a doctor who thinks he can help her…
