While the first album "This Was" was still strongly influenced by the blues-loving guitarist Mick Abrahams, Anderson brought in folk-rock, classical and jazz elements on "Stand Up" after Abrahams' departure and from then on formed the typical Tull sound with Martin Barre on guitar.

The Rolling Stones celebrated their golden anniversary in 2012 & 2013 by embarking on the 50 & Counting Tour, a 30-show itinerary for North America and Europe. On December 15, 2012, the band took the stage at Newark, New Jersey's Prudential Center for the final of 4 shows in the New York area. Featuring guest spots from The Black Keys, Gary Clark Jr, Lady Gaga, John Mayer, Bruce Springsteen, and Mick Taylor, the concert proved to be one of the most memorable shows in the band's history.

Tales Of Time is a live performance of Joe Bonamassa's studio album, Time Clocks, a sprawling musical undertaking filmed in August 2022 at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. His virtuoso guitar style, with his unique blues-rock technique and flair, elevates the evening's performance to a stratospheric level. The visual spectacle of Red Rocks was almost dwarfed by the incredible imagery of the show's visual backdrop, which highlighted the beauty of the live music. CD/Blu-ray.

Hackney Diamonds, the hugely anticipated new album by The Rolling Stones, is released on October 20th on Polydor Records. Following the release of 2016's Grammy Award winning Blue & Lonesome, which featured brilliant versions of blues tracks that helped shape their sound, Hackney Diamonds marks the band’s first studio album of original material since 2005's A Bigger Bang.

Includes the album in 192/24 resolution for both quadraphonic and stereo audio.

Frank Zappa: Over-nite Sensation is presented on Blu-ray courtesy of Universal Music Group with an AVC encoded 1080p transfer in 1.78:1. The disc boots to the main menu seen in screenshot 10, but as soon as either a track or the Play button is clicked, there's an amusing "tour" through the memorable original album cover, including various elements that have animated properties.The Blu-ray disc advertises Dolby Atmos 48/24, Dolby TrueHD 5.1 48/24, Quadrophonic 96/24 and PCM Stereo (both 96/24 and 192/24) options, but rather interestingly while all my equipment is showing the "proper" kilohertz for each track, the Quadrophonic track shows as Dolby TrueHD 5.1 on both my player and BDInfo. While my player properly showed a Dolby TrueHD 7.1 core for the Atmos track, for some weird reason BDInfo showed a 5.1 core for that track. I'll leave it to those interested in these discrepancies to hash it out amongst themselves and will simply report what I hear, and in that regard both the Atmos and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 48/24 options are amazingly immersive and impressively powerful in the midrange and low end.
