Since 1991, a complete edition of all recordings in which Karlheinz Stockhausen has personally participated is being released on compact discs. Each CD in this series is identified by Stockhausen's signature followed by an encircled number. The numbers indicate the general historical order of the works. Stockhausen realised the electronic music and participated in these recordings as conductor, performer, sound projectionist, and musical director. He personally mixed down the recordings, mastered them for CDs, wrote the texts and drew the covers.

These are the key elements in the compositional style of Dubit, Pier Alfeo's moniker, the Apulian countryside-based electronic musician and producer whose Backwards is proud to issue "Vitriol", his second full length.This ten-track album, which resumes the Backwards' CD-series started in 2013 with Fabio Orsi's "Endless Autumn", has taken more than one year of work, using both analogue instruments (such as Spring Reverb, pedals, [D]ronin, Moog etc …) and digital synthesis techniques. For its realization, Dubit also built by himself acoustic instruments composed of metal elements, strips, strings, barrels, amphorae as resonance boxes, and used prepared pianos, traditional Spanish instruments, didgeridoo, harmonica, snare drums and cymbals as well.

Parks is solo project of composer and musician from Saint Petersburg, Russia Igor Bystrov. It’s difficult enough to belongs the Parks music to a specific genre. At the first look this is an ambient, echoes of trip-hop and new age could be listened. More listening, more understanding that ambient is not more than echo due its sampler nature. Talking about samples, the people working with Igor are saying he is real master in sample processing and transforming. First album (Music of full Moon) was recorded in 1990 but was released just in 2000. Everybody who listened it are suprised by this fact, so fresh is its sound…

Francesca Longrigg - True Noise (2017) Music

Francesca Longrigg began her musical career by releasing an EP called Shine On Me from the indie label Bright Spark records. The EP included the song of the same name, written by Ed Baden Powell from D Influence, and went straight to radio 'A' lists. Francesca signed to Chrysalis Music and released an ambient dance version of her song Hanging In Mid Air (co-written with Mike Parker), which was produced by Adrian Sherwood and Keith LeBlanc of On-U Sound. She earned the accolade of 'singer of the month' in the industry's mag Tipsheet. Tim Simenon of Bomb the Bass produced a dub version of the track, and Francesca contributed two songs for Keith LeBlanc's huge selling album Auduim Capsule 1.

Girl Talk has some of the most interesting, imaginative arrangements of standards I've come across. This is excellent, swinging jazz music. I play it on a regular basis just for enjoyment. It's an amazing sounding Three Blind Mice recording, one of their best. If you didn't know better you would swear it's a Direct Disc!

For years many people waited to see a concert video of the original line-up of Asia, which in my opinion, it is the only real line-up and the best from this band. I consider the nineties line-ups of the band as a way that Geoff Downes found to maintain his musical career. Even the 1990 Tour that Downes, Palmer and Wetton did without Steve Howe showed that the original quartet was the best. Even John Wetton recognizes this in the Interviews which this DVD has as a Bonus Feature. In his opinion he says that the other line-ups without the four original members really didn`t work.
