This is a fantastic CD from someone with a fantastic strong and rich voice. It took me quite a few 'listens' to decide if I did like it (at first I raised an eyebrow and sneered a bit) but now it is in my car all the time. I won't comment on all the songs or this review will be fist crushingly boring, just a couple for now: The first tune is kind of electro and quite catchy (my kids sing the woo woo bit) and the sort I can imagine being mixed up a bit later for the club scene. The second one has a guy starting to sing, who's name escapes me right this minute, and his voice is deep and gorgeous, then Ida starts and the tune is a catchy almost old fashioned swing type tune about being a 'late night bimbo with no strings attached'. This is probably one of my faves. The lyrics are great, each song is totally different and there isn't one I don't like.
