St. Louis based indie extraordinaire Tony Crown is no stranger to the art of storytelling. A skillful songwriter, multi-faceted performer, and visual artist, Crown’s brush strokes extend beyond the canvas regardless of the medium he’s working in. His musical resume is like a time transcending playlist on shuffle, hopping from Jane and Anthony’s subdued lounge stylings, to Lawrence and the Lion’s folk-rooted Americana, to fronting the lively rock of Living Room Lava. Crown’s past musical projects fared well, receiving placement in AMC’s Hell on Wheels, CW11’s Hart of Dixie, and ABC’s Brothers and Sisters. Recently, Crown released the singles “In the Now” and “Killing Machine” off of his debut solo album Distant from the Universe. While the LP isn’t set to release in full until July 7th 2017, its first two singles have already secured placement in Showtime’s The Affair and AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead respectively.

Former Gypsy Rose, Phenomena, and Dogface guitarist Martin Kronlund launches his new musical venture, Kings Crown: a musical alliance featuring the powerhouse british vocalist Lee Small (SHY, Phenomena, Sweet), along with Anders Skoog on keyboards, Berra Holmgren on bass and Pontus Engborg (Glenn Hughes) on drums. Kings Crown were formed in 2021 in Gothenburg, Sweden and the plan was to create a strong sound combining bluesy 1970s Hard Rock (think Deep Purple, Bad Company, Whitesnake, Rainbow), with the Swedish melodic hard rock of the 1980s. Thanks to Kronlund, strong experience in songwriting, and production, they managed to craft an exciting set of songs that were topped and completed with the terrific vocals of Lee Small, who truly shines with his exquisite of clean vocal range. The end result–great melodic Hard Rock with some rather tasty Hammond organs among all the guitars–is an exciting affair for all the lovers of the classic melodic hard rock sound and offers a truly enjoyable and entertaining listening experience.

Alexandre Tharaud is a French pianist whose repertoire spans composers from Bach to Chopin to Thierry Pécou, a contemporary of Tharaud's. In 2012, he was featured on the soundtrack for the Academy Award-winning film Amour, performing the works of Bach, Beethoven, and Schubert. He also appeared on camera in the film, as himself. Tharaud was born in Paris to performance artists on December 12, 1968. His grandfather was a violinist, his mother taught dance at the Paris Opera, and his father participated in community operettas as a singer, then as a director.
