Laurent Voulzy (born Lucien Voulzy on December 18, 1948 in Paris, France) is a French singer and composer. Voulzy originally led the English-pop-influenced Le Temple de Vénus before joining Pascal Danel as guitarist from 1969 to 1974. However, he is best known for his collaborative songwriting efforts with singer/songwriter Alain Souchon and his solo singing career, which spanned several successful albums. Voulzy had an international hit with the song Rockollection. The French lyrics were interspersed with some lines from classic rock hits after the chorus. His major French hits also include 'Le Soleil Donne' - sung in French, English and Spanish - and 'Les Nuits Sans Kim Wilde' ('Nights without Kim Wilde'), inspired by the chart-topping English singer.

"…varied in style, very sprightly in parts and energetic; it uses modal melodic technique. What is particularly interesting is the fact that each instrument, viola and harp, is given virtually equal weighting." Peijun Xu was born in Shanghai and is one of the leading violists of her generation. She has guested as a soloist at famous venues such as the Shanghai Concert Hall, Laeiszhalle Hamburg and the Alte Oper in Frankfurt. She has played with many orchestras including the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, the Moscow Soloists, Konzerthaus Orchester Berlin, Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, the Hof Symphonic, Philharmonie Baden-Baden, the Württemberg Chamber Orchestra of Heilbronn. Godelieve Schrama plays chamber music at events, such as the Orlando Festival, the Delft Chamber Music Festival and the Musikertage Mondsee summer festival in Austria's Salzkammergut region. At these events, she makes music with the likes of flautists Emily Beynon and Andrea Lieberknecht, the Auryn String Quartet, Quatuor Danel, violinists Isabelle van Keulen, Liza Ferschtman and organist Tomasz Adam Nowak.

The Paris-based Quatuor Tchalik is notable not least because its members are four siblings. Raised in a Russian-French family with Ukrainian roots, in which music played a central role, they have been making music together since their earliest childhood. This early and intimate contact with chamber music has allowed the four young musicians to develop their own, entirely natural approach to expressive and versatile quartet playing, creating an extraordinary artistic connection between them.
