Pseudonym Records has done a great remaster job on The Answer, so it really sounds better than ever, and there are two bonus tracks included for good measure. This album first came out under the title ‘A’ back in 1992 and was also released as ‘The Answer’. Dangerous Game (1997) - same album as "The Answer" with different cover - Chinebridge Ltd.

Being an avid fan of 'The Squint-Eyed Cajun' for more than thirty years, it gives me a feeling of pride in knowing that finally! one of the unsung heroes of 60s and 70s rock/soul music is getting his due. This 1983 offering, with its mixture of swamp-drenched whomper stompers like- "Swamp RAP" and "Do You Have a Garter Belt?"- to the soulful cover of "Our Day Will Come" and, the TJW originals- "The Lady In My Life" plus, "We Belong Together"- both of which give rise to the belief that if Barry White hadn't been born with his deep, rich, basso voice, after hearing TJW he would have tried to emulate it anyway! The title track "Dangerous"- and its companion cut "Naughty Lady", give us a feel for the incredible diversity of stylings this artist has in his repertoire. The remainder of the lineup on this well-produced collection only serves to heighten my belief that those who don't know the man's music will surely rush out and get the rest!

Plutonium: A History of the World's Most Dangerous Element by Jeremy Bernstein

When plutonium was first manufactured at Berkeley in the spring of 1941, there was so little of it that it was not visible to the naked eye. It took a year to accumulate enough so that one could actually see it. Now there is so much that we don't know what to do to get rid of it. We have created a monster. The history of plutonium is as strange as the element itself. When scientists began looking for it, they did so simply in the spirit of inquiry, not certain whether there were still spots to fill on the periodic table.
