David Bowie 6. I Can’t Give Everything Away (2002 - 2016) is the sixth in a series of box sets spanning Bowie’s career from 1969. The thirteen-piece CD box set is named after the closing track on ★ (BLACKSTAR), Bowie’s final studio album. The box sets include newly remastered versions (except ★ and No Plan), with input from David’s co-producer Tony Visconti.

This new release is David Jerusalems debut album. He has chosen a program focusing on the music of Franz Schubert and Carl Loewe. David Jerusalem, born in Munich in 1985, finished his education in 2010 at the Hochschule fur Musik Nurnberg. Then, in 2013 he graduated from his ""Konzertexamen"" with honors at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Dusseldorf studying with Prof. Konrad Jarnot.

‘A Minimal Sax’ takes a journey through the last 30 years of minimalist music, one of the most influential artistic movements of the last century. An accomplished young Italian ensemble takes us from the purism of New York Counterpoint by Steve Reich through the soulful strains of the Saxophone Quartet by Philip Glass, to the funky rhythms of Michael Torke’s July and the catchy off-beats of Michael Nyman’s Second String Quartet, in a version for saxophones which here receives its world premiere recording.

Third Coast Percussion has been saluted by the Washington Post for its virtuosity and precisely timed wit, and was called by the New York Times a commandingly elegant ensemble. The group, which is ensemble-in-residence at the University of Notre Dame, teaches and performs a concert series in Chicago, and has commissioned dozens of new works. This album is the ensembles Cedille label debut, and is an 80th birthday acknowledgement to American composer Steve Reich, the founding father of musical minimalism. This recording features four of Reichs most notable percussion works.
