Zehra ha sempre dipinto, fin da bambina. Dal giorno in cui un funzionario ha urlato contro sua nonna perché si era rivolta a lui in curdo, una lingua proibita, in Turchia. E da allora non ha più smesso: pervinca, verde giada, grigio antracite sono diventati il suo modo di rappresentare il mondo. Per questo motivo, quando la sua scuola viene distrutta negli scontri tra i curdi, un popolo perseguitato e privato dei diritti fondamentali, e le forze dell'ordine turche, Zehra non può fare a meno di ritrarre la scena. Ma quando il suo dipinto diventa virale sui social network come "La Guernica curda", viene arrestata e condannata per propaganda terroristica. Si ritrova così in carcere, a condividere la cella con altre giovani "colpevoli" di aver difeso la propria identità. Privata dei suoi colori, ma determinata a non rinunciare alla sua passione, Zehra arriverà a servirsi di scarti di cibo e dei suoi stessi capelli per dipingere, continuando così a far sentire la propria voce…

"Dyadic" showcases a remarkable step ahead in the band's artistic career.

Given that studies repeatedly suggest a 70 % failure rate of organizational change, Katharina de Biasi attempts to answer the question why traditional change theory has yet to prove successful, although mastering change has been identified as one of the “Management Challenges for the 21st century”. As a result the author proposes to leverage the change paradox continuity in times of change and to solve it by means of trust. A trust-based formula for successful change is derived which constitutes the finding that trust-formation must precede transformation and which outlines two levers for a positive outcome.
