La plupart des projets n'atteignent pas l'objectif fixé et/ou ne respectent ni les budgets ni les délais… parce que certains événements, non identifiés au préalable, et encore moins mis sous contrôle, surviennent. L'expérience montre pourtant qu'il est possible de réussir un projet à condition cependant de mettre en oeuvre un Dispositif de Maîtrise des Risques (DMR) approprié aux enjeux du projet et aux attentes de ses parties prenantes : sponsor du projet (bailleur de fonds international, Etat, direction générale…), directeur de programme, chef de projet, équipe projet, bénéficiaires, usagers, utilisateurs…

Sarah Brightman (born 14 August 1960) is an English classical crossover soprano, actress, musician, songwriter, conductor, and dancer. Brightman has sung in many languages including English, Spanish, French, Latin, German, Turkish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and Catalan.Brightman began her career as a member of the dance troupe Hot Gossip and released several disco singles as a solo performer. In 1981, she made her West End musical theatre debut in Cats and met composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, whom she later married. She went on to star in several West End and Broadway musicals, including The Phantom of the Opera, where she originated the role of Christine Daaé.

Ubar Tmar is Takeshi Isogai, a psychedelic trance artist from Japan. He has also gone by the stage names "Ubartmar.com", "Uantam.com". In April 1997, he performed at the legendary Aurora Psychedelica, who convened the crowds of more than 7,000 people, and has since traveled all over Japan with Tsuyoshi, played Return To The Source on Mount Fuji and the festival Rainbow 2000, which attracted more than 10,000 people! In 1997 he released their debut album project Ubar Tmar called 'Fusion', in support of which he made a tour of Europe, playing live sets. The next release of the project was the album "True", which was recorded on the Matsuri label in 1998.
