Nils Lofgren is an American rock musician, recording artist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Along with his work as a solo artist, he has been a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band since 1984, a member of Crazy Horse (1970–1971; 1973; 2018-present), and founder/frontman of the band Grin. Lofgren was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band in 2014. Before he was under the wing of Neil Young and before he made a series of underappreciated solo albums, guitarist Nils Lofgren formed Grin, a trio that was devoted to simple, basic rock & roll, in 1969. None of Grin's albums were commercially successful – they only received good reviews, not sales – but each showed a promising, dynamic group. Unfortunately, the group never fulfilled its potential, but the finest of its albums featured some terse, brilliant guitar from Lofgren that ranks with the best of his later work.

Satisfied Drive has been throwing down killer live shows for audiences since 2007! Between 2007 and 2016 they have released three studio albums, several music videos and played over 800 shows! Their 4th release, Satisfied Drive "Live" is a high energy live concert recording featuring songs from their previous three studio albums, but with all the raw energy, improvisation and emotion that you can only get from a live performance! All tracks were recorded live on March 18, 2016!

Parkway Drive’s digital deluxe version of their latest album IRE, is out today. The digital deluxe edition will feature 2 brand new tracks “Devil’s Calling” and “Into the Dark”, plus a remix of “A Deathless Song (featuring Jenna McDougall).” As previously reported, Parkway Drive is nominated for an Alternative Press Music Award in the category of Best International Band. IRE has been certified gold in Australia and it is clear why. The Australian powerhouse tapped deep into its reserves of talent and creativity, and have taken their craft as musicians and songwriters to another level. IRE is clearly something brave and new as heard in the band's new found musical depth and urgency in front man Winston McCall’s vocal deliverance. They are a band that will continue to challenge themselves; and in doing so they will again redefine what has been thought possible for a metal band from Australia to achieve.

The second half of Disc One comprises their 1968 single and album recorded with Sawyer’s replacement Ray Fenwick, who brought with him the excellent ‘After Tea’ (co-written with Dutch Tee Set pop master Hans Van Eijck). Album With Their New Face On is a mix of jazzy R&B and pop psychedelia. The standout R&B track is ‘Don’t Want You No More’, which was later covered by The Allman Brothers…

With the appearance of Lighthouse, singer/songwriter David Crosby, age 75, continues a late career renaissance that began with 2014's Croz – his proper studio follow-up to 1971's classic If I Could Only Remember My Name. This set was produced by Snarky Puppy boss Michael League, who co-wrote five of these nine tunes with Crosby. The producer, a lifelong fan of the 1971 album, approached Crosby about recording something quick and dirty over a couple of weeks. He was met with incredulousness. The artist was used to working on albums for months, even years. After three days, they completed three new songs, and Crosby was all in.

This 9-CD box set features the complete Bruckner Cycle of Daniel Barenboim and his Staatskapelle Berlin. This set is timed to coincide with a complete Cycle performance at Carnegie Hall in January which marks not only Barenboim's 60th anniversary at the hall, but also the first time a complete Cycle has been performed there in one season. New booklet notes on the repertoire and on Barenboim's and the Staatskapelle Berlin's congenial work together complete the package.
