British one off project by Clive Noland and Geoff Mann. Clive Nolan is the synthesizerist of the famous English prog rock band Arena and his project with Oliver Wakeman. He's also a member of the English band Pendragon and many other projects. Geoff Mann was the ex-vocalist for the eighties' progressive rock band Twelfth Night. After leaving Twelfth Night he went on to form The Bond and A Geoff Mann Band. He also produced albums with Marc Catley and Clive Nolan as well as pursuing solo projects.

Supersonic and Demonic Relics is mostly the same sort of material the Crüe included as bonus tracks on their 1999 catalog reissues: live performances, rarities, outtakes, alternate versions, and previously unreleased songs; plus an extended Skinny Puppy remix of "Hooligan's Holiday," and the two songs recorded specifically for Decade of Decadence…

24bit digitally remastered release of Carmen Mcrae's performance at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. The inimitable jazz vocalist Carmen McRae toplined this live set at the Los Angeles Century Plaza Hotel's Hong Kong Bar in late December 1968. The concert took place not long after McRae recorded two excellent, underrated LPs for Atlantic Records – Portrait of Carmen (1967) and Sound of Silence (1968). Atlantic set up and contractually licensed the rights to the Century Plaza show, but inexplicably waited years to do anything with the material, until label executive Nesuhi Ertegun finally produced a truncated version in 1975.

Features the high-fidelity SHM-CD format (compatible with standard CD player) and the latest 24bit 192kHz remastering. With its mix of pop covers and jazz material, The Look of Love could be considered a typical Turrentine album from the late '60s. What sets this and a few other of his Blue Note titles apart, though, are the full yet tasteful string and band arrangements by jazz flügelhorn player and composer Thad Jones. With his flexible phrasing and muscular tone, Turrentine dives into the lush arrangements, especially on the sweeping rendition of Burt Bacharach's "Look of Love."
