Dusen

The idea for this book emerged from a lunch conversation I had with Hugh Van Dusen, my editor at HarperCollins. We were talking about the importance of poetry in our lives and the idea of a book about reading poetry emerged. From that day to publication Hugh has been supportive, helpful, and a delight. He loves poetry as much as I do and I hope the energy he put into the making of this book is paid back by the final work.
