Ex-Wings guitarist Laurence Juber (or 'LJ' as he is better known) steps out into the spotlight with this solo recital, digitally enhanced for the DVD-Audio format. LJ is one of those "guitar wizard" types, one of those with whom you think you hear two or three guitarists playing, then you find out it's just one. If Mark Knopfler, Chet Atkins, Lenny Breau, Stanley Jordan, et al set your heart aflutter, you must hear GUITAR NOIR.

There never was a supergroup more super than the Traveling Wilburys. They had Jeff Lynne, the leader of ELO; they had Roy Orbison, the best pop singer of the '60s; they had Tom Petty, the best roots rocker this side of Bruce Springsteen; they had a Beatle and Bob Dylan, for crying out loud! It's impossible to picture a supergroup with a stronger pedigree than that (all that's missing is a Rolling Stone), but in another sense it's hard to call the Wilburys a true supergroup, since they arrived nearly two decades after the all-star craze of the '70s peaked, and they never had the self-important air of nearly all the other supergroups. That, of course, was the key to their charm: they were a group of friends that fell together easily, almost effortlessly, to record a B-side for a single for George Harrison, then had such a good time they stuck around to record a full album, which became a hit upon its 1988 release.

Esoteric Recordings are pleased to announce the release of a new 3 Disc digipack edition (of two CDs and an NTSC – Region Free DVD) of a previously unreleased concert by WAX, recorded in Harrogate in November 1987. WAX was a collaboration between two highly respected song writers and musicians, namely American ANDREW GOLD and GRAHAM GOULDMAN. Both Gold and Gouldman had enjoyed successful careers before coming together. Andrew Gold had recorded four acclaimed albums for Asylum Records and had enjoyed hits with such classic songs as ‘Lonely Boy’, ‘Never Let Her Slip Away’, ‘Thank You For Being a Friend’ and ‘Kiss This One Goodbye’. Graham Gouldman had been a successful songwriter in the 1960s and was a member of 10CC from their formation in the early 1970s, being a co-writer of many of their hit singles and acclaimed albums.

Legendary artist and studio maestro Alan Parsons has announced the release of a new live album entitled “The Neverending Show: Live in the Netherlands” on November 5, 2021. The show was recorded live on May 5, 2019 and showcases the performance that Alan Parsons Live Project held at the Tivoli in Utrecht, Netherlands. The band was, as usual, in fine form and fed extra energy by an enthusiastic audience. An amazing performance by quite possibly the definitive band line-up of exemplary musicians that Alan has toured with. As an added treat, the album includes a brand new studio song, “The NeverEnding Show” which offers a hint of the new studio album that Alan is currently working on for release in 2022.

Voyage is the ninth and final studio album by Swedish group ABBA, released on 5 November 2021. It is the group's first album of new material in 40 years following The Visitors (1981), and contains 10 songs all composed by ABBA's songwriters, Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus. The album was supported by a double A-sided single release, "I Still Have Faith in You" and "Don't Shut Me Down", released alongside the album announcement on 2 September 2021. A digital concert residency, also called ABBA Voyage, will take place in London beginning May of 2022. Japanese original release. This is a set of ABBA's new album "Voyage" and their music video collection, "Essential Collection" (incl. 36 tracks).
