Washed up on golden grotto beaches in times of rage, is “Black Crow Moan.” Eliza Neals lands squarely on blues-rock with the help of Joe Louis Walker (BB King, Blues HOF) and Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent.) Soaring high above 10000 feet below, Eliza Neals sultry feathers soothes the quarantined music lovers soul. A terrific landing crew of musicians including Mike Puwal (Kenny Wayne Shepard, ICP), Howard Glazer, Lenny Bradford (Bo Diddly), Jason Kott (Robert Randolph), John Abraham, Chuck Bartels (Sturgill Simpson) handle the guitars to fly by wire. Rolling the undercarriage straight is Skeeto Valdez (King Konga), Jeffrey ‘Shakey’ Fowlkes (Too Slim), Demarcus Sumter, John Mederios Jr, and Brian Clune on drums. Adding extra lift on Hammond B3 is Bruce Bears (Duke Robillard) and Jim Alfredson (Janvia Magness.) Hitting the flight ceiling is Valerie Taylor (Eliza’s sister) plus Kymberli Wright (Straight Ahead) on supersonic backing vocals. "Sweet or Mean," the new raw blues-rock EP written by the Detroit born renegade 'Eliza Neals'… Enter, producer Ted Horowitz aka "Popa Chubby" the incendiary blues-rocker, together celebrating their true love of rock-blues. For Ted to produce + arrange was natural after meeting him a few times and sitting in with his Smokin band causing a real combustion on stage. Eliza admits that the drama on these tunes is 100% authentic; because truth is strangely more entertaining than fiction. “Sweet or Mean” is rootsy blues-rock bliss with no gimmicks or tricks from the first heavenly note to the last guitar riff. Popa Chubby’s tone is reminiscent of ZZ Top, Santana and other seasoned vintage guitarists who know how to knock audiences out.

Eliza Neals is a fierce and fearless warrior, waging battle from the realm of the blues, with power and soul on her side, heard not just in that great voice of hers, but in her work on piano as well. Her new album, Badder To The Bone, features mostly original material, written or co-written by Eliza Neals. It follows 2020’s Black Crow Moan, and like that album, this one features some excellent musicians backing her, including guitarists Lance Lopez and Billy Davis, keyboardist Peter Keys, bassist Jason Kott and drummer Tim Grogan. Eliza Neals produced and arranged the tracks, getting some help from co-producer Michael Puwal on several songs.

Andy Watts - SUPERGROOVE was co-produced by Kenny Neal for his new Booga Music label. It features Andy's signature guitar work and his great band - including bass, drums, keyboards, trumpet, trombone, saxophones and occasional guest harmonica. For vocalists, the album features special guests Joe Louis Walker and Eliza Neals, plus explosive soul singer Roy Young, Danny Shoshan and Gadi Altman.Half of the songs are Andy Watts originals, while the others dig into classics by Freddie King and longtime influence Peter Green, plus compositions by Joe Louis Walker, Coastin' Hank, and others.
