Tara Jane O'Neil describes her eighth solo album as a singer/songwriter endeavor. At the invitation and design of Mark Greenberg (The Coctails), she recorded, mostly live, half of the record at Wilco's Loft Studio in Chicago with a band that included James Elkington, Gerald Dowd, Nick Macri, and Greenberg himself. The other half was made in O'Neil's home studio in California with Devin Hoff, Wilder Zoby, Walt McClements and string supervisor Jim James.

Lyrita has concluded arrangements to buy Cameo Classics from its founder David Kent-Watson who concentrated on recording the works of neglected composers. Cameo Classics is now owned by The Lyrita Recorded Edition Trust which was founded by the late Richard Itter to continue his life's work recording and promoting British Classical Music through the Lyrita label. The Lyrita Recorded Edition Trust will operate Cameo Classics alongside the Lyrita label.

Archie Clark was born on the wild West Coast of New Zealand's South Island and raised in the legendary coal-mining town of Blackball. He started his musical apprenticeship there, playing on the West Coast with his first band The Blackball Shufflers before moving with his young family to Christchurch to follow music full-time and tour the South Island with blues-rockers The Wrongway Corrigan Band.

For over a decade, guitarist/vocalist Steve Gunn has been one of American music’s most pivotal figures - conjuring immersive and psychedelic sonic landscapes both live and on record, releasing revered solo albums ranking high on in-the-know end of year lists, alongside exploratory collaborations with artists as diverse as Mike Cooper, Kurt Vile, and Michael Chapman (whose most recent studio album he produced).
