Jules Winnfield and Vincent Vega are two hitmen who are out to retrieve a suitcase stolen from their employer, mob boss Marsellus Wallace. Wallace has also asked Vincent to take his wife Mia out a few days later when Wallace himself will be out of town. Butch Coolidge is an aging boxer who is paid by Wallace to lose his next fight. The lives of these seemingly unrelated people are woven together comprising of a series of funny, bizarre and uncalled-for incidents.

Adèle is a high school student who is beginning to explore herself as a woman. She dates men but finds no satisfaction with them sexually, and is rejected by a female friend who she does desire. She dreams of something more. She meets Emma who is a free spirited girl whom Adèle's friends reject due to her sexuality…

This movie is about a New-York-to-Paris auto race in the early years of the 20th century, pitting the Great Leslie (Tony Curtis), a goody-goody dressed all in white–even his teeth sparkle–against the malevolent Professor Fate (Jack Lemmon), whose coal-black heart is reflected in his handlebar mustache. He looks like an evil landlord from a silent-movie melodrama. Lemmon does double duty, also playing the pampered, drunken king of a small European country. Coming along for the ride is feisty sufragette Maggie DuBois (Natalie Wood at her loveliest), and Fate's dimwitted assistant Max (Peter Falk).
