As Is now customary, there are follow-up albums, the latest of which is done by the Showguys (featuring the Showgals). Here the songs are treated to clever vocal and instrumental arrangements with jazz and Dixieland overtones.

Alex Hassilev is one of the founding members of the group The Limeliters. He is an actor with a number of film and television appearances to his credit. He is also a musician, switching from the guitar to the banjo. When the Limeliters first broke up at the height of their fame in 1963, Alex Hassilev turned to acting and operating a recording studio in his home, producing records for a variety of other artists.

Decca Gold is proud to announce the forthcoming release of Sing Happy, the live performance of the New York Philharmonic’s 2018 Spring Gala starring Grammy, Emmy, and Tony Award-winner Audra McDonald, conducted by Andy Einhorn. Recorded live on May 1 at David Geffen Hall at Lincoln Center, the recording represents McDonald’s first collaboration with Decca Gold – as well as her first solo recording with full orchestra.
