The album title "Sonorités de Paris" is taken from the miniature Sonorités… by the all but forgotten Parisian composer Jean Roger-Ducasse and at the same time refers to the richly varied soundscape of the city around 1900.

Who was the "immortal lover" who wrote passionate letters to Ludwig van Beethoven? The young Pianist Florian Heinisch addresses this question at his concert on Friday, 18 October 2019 at 8.30 pm in the Salle Cortot.

As a performer and professor, Céline Moinet has studied almost every single piece for the oboe in recent years. This she knows all too well that not every composer has been able to handle and stage the instrument in their music in a way that truly does it justice.

Florian Tessloff began his musical education at the age of 6. Piano lessons at the Hamburg Conservatory led him to delve into many musical genres from classical to jazz. During his high school years, he continued to study piano and saxophone. Upon graduation, he attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, studying jazz piano and composition. At this point he also discovered his love for film scoring.

By definition an episode is an event within a larger event, and that is exactly what this album is about. These small, perhaps irrelevant episodes are what ultimately shape us the most. It‘s time to leave life behind, to sink in thoughts to feel alive.

The Florian Favre Trio's last album so far, On A Smiling Gust Of Wind, was a good while ago, the break until the new work Idantitâ is now available also has something to do with the pandemic. Because the pianist from Switzerland has not lacked positive encouragement and the associated motivation.
