Flume has announced the release of his hotly tipped second album "Skin". The process of writing "Skin" happened in hotel rooms, aeroplanes, trains, taxis, and tour vans, and in locations as far-flung as LAX airport, a shack on the west coast of Mexico, a log cabin in rural Tasmania, a bus rattling towards Vegas, as well as studios in LA, New York, and his hometown of Sydney. New single "Say It" fearing Grammy nominated Swedish artist Tove Lo is the fourth taste from "Skin". It follows "Smoke and Retribution" (featuring Vince Staples and Kučka), "Wall Fuck" and first single "Never Be Like You" featuring Kai.

Verve Remixed: The First Ladies features tracks by legendary female artists including Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan and Dinah Washington. Marlena Shaw, Astrud Gilberto and Sister Rosetta Tharpe also have timeless songs included on the record.

Verve Remixed: The First Ladies is a continuation of Verve Records going into their library and allowing different producers and artists to remix songs and turn them into something adventurous. This volume, released in 2013, highlights the women who released music on Verve over the years, with the works of Nina Simone, Billie Holiday, and Sister Rosette Tharpe remixed by Toro Y Moi, Zeds Dead, Bassnectar and TOKiMONSTA. Some treatments are done close to the originals while a few are different than what you may have known of before.
