The crooks in London know how it works. No one carries guns and no one resists the police. Then a new gang appears that go one better. They dress as police and steal from the crooks. This upset's the natural order of the police/criminal relationship and the police and the crooks join forces to catch the IPOs (Impersonating Police Officers), including an armored car robbery in which the police must help the gangs to set a trap.

Maori gangs in New Zealand, neo-Nazi skinheads in California & gangsters in London. The second series featured gangs including "MS13" from El Salvador, neo-Nazis in Russia, American "Bloods" & "Crips" in St Louis & the Numbers gang in South Africa.

One of the most prolific and influential film composers of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, Germany's Hans Zimmer began his music career in London, producing and playing synths for a variety of new wave and punk bands in the early 1980s.
