Many of the shows in the 1000 series are currently airing on FitTV and in Israel. Now you can download them and take them with you wherever you have iTunes. There are even a number of different devices that can convert the signal to play on your TV. Remember, this is the only place you can download these shows.

The 700 series debuted in 1991. The locations included the deck of the SS Constitution sailing between the islands of Molokai, Maui and Lanai. We also went to Yokohama Beach on the west coast of Oahu and Makena Beach on the south shore of Maui. You can see Molokini atoll in the distance. This season's workout core team consisted of Gilad and his mother Ora, Trella, Tracey, Gail, Bill, Jill, John, Kathy, Carrie, Priscilla and Orly who was visiting from Israel. We also had a cameo appearance by Marie DeParis who did PR work for us.

Far Star is the new album from Israeli-born and New York based guitarist Gilad Hekselman – a work that explores a new universe rich in colour, limitless in detail and bold in vision. Based for more than 18 years in New York, Gilad has become a well known figure in that highly creative scene, building a unique sound that is both progressive and timeless. Gilad Edelman is the son of Marc Edelman, the brains and will behind Sharp Nine Records, a fiercely independent label which has produced some of the finest straight-ahead jazz records of the past fifteen years. Despite limited resources and operating in the midst of the industry's severe downturn, Sharp Nine has released impressive recordings by significant, well-traveled artists like pianists David Hazeltine and Tardo Hammer, tenor saxophonist Grant Stewart, alto saxophonist Ian Hendrickson-Smith, the bands Planet Jazz and One for All, and recently fostered the emerging talents of alto saxophonist Dmitry Baevsky and singer/pianist Champian Fulton. The 900 series consists of 22 shows all shot on beautiful secluded beaches on Oahu. The good news is you get 22 different workouts in this series. The 900 series debuted in 1993. The locations included Waikiki Beach, Kailua Beach, Sandy Beach and the tropical jungle at the Nature Center. All of these locations are on the island of Oahu.
