God Zeus

The human race has been curious about all the surrounding phenomenon of nature, since its beginning. Based on the level of the information and intellect possess by the people of era, there have been a number of stories and descriptive, which account for the historical events and their explanation. The historical and ancient narration of these tales constitutes the body of mythology.

The Greek god Hades is something of an enigma. On the one hand, people can view him through the lens that was a byproduct of the Christian tradition, as a terrifying lord of death seated upon his ebony throne, an unseen force of power moving through the world. Certainly, many of the Ancient Greeks themselves saw the god in this light, whispering his name and making sacrifices of black sheep on dark nights and allowing the blood to trickle down into the earth to reach the underworld.

Il primo episodio ottenne un buon successo e su quella scia ritorna Kratos, il guerriero spartano che sconfisse Ares diventando così il "Dio della Guerra". God of War II riprende esattamente dalla fine del primo episodio con Kratos che non è fatto per la "vita" divina ed essendo un guerriero prende la decisione di tornare a combattere. Questa volta sarà più dura perchè avrà di fronte il grande Zeus che lo priverà di tutti i suoi poteri e per riacquisire tutto ciò che gli è stato sottratto, avrà a che fare con mostri presenti nell'Antica Grecia: Ciclopi, il Minotauro, Pegaso, Prometeo, Icaro e persino i Titani. God of War II è sempre sviluppato dai Santa Monica Studios e si rivela un action-adventure per Playstation2. Rispetto al primo episodio ci sono stati dei miglioramenti: nuove armi potenti che renderanno Kratos una vera macchina da guerra, una grafica sbalorditiva con ambientazioni dalle tinte molto forti.
