Synopsis: Bailey conducts a mandatory sensitivity-training session before a 700-pound patient arrives with numerous medical problems that prove challenging. And those aren’t the case’s only challenges. Meanwhile, Derek must encounter a late patient’s husband in a wrongful-death deposition; and spending time with a heart patient’s daughter opens old wounds for Cristina.

Synopsis: Teddy catches Mark in bed with Reed and we have to laugh at how Mark handles it: He suggests a threesome! Meanwhile, Lexie asks Alex, "Are we a couple? He kisses her and says, "Yeah, we're together. We're a thing."
Owen asks Cristina to move in with him and she plans on saying yes, until Meredith suggests that there's something going on between Teddy and Owen. Cristina demands to know what Meredith knows, but since her information comes from Derek, she can't. Derek warns her, "You can't tell Cristina." Instead, Meredith confronts Owen, telling him, "I know you tried to have Teddy fired and I believe it's because you're in love with her. You will tell Cristina, if you're actually the good guy that she thinks you are."

Season 07 Episode 06 – These Arms of Mine: A documentary film crew visits the hospital six months after the shooting to document the road to recovery for doctors and patients. The camera lenses follow Derek, Owen, Mark & Callie as they ambitiously perform a rare arm transplant surgery, Meredith helps Cristina put on a brave face for the cameras, and Bailey’s patient, Mary, returns for her surgery — which marks the first time they’ve all seen of each other since that fateful day.

Grey’s Anatomy is a medical drama set at the fictional Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital in Seattle. The series covers the stories of the interns and residents at the hospital as they try to balance their personal lives with the demands of their medical training. The main character is Meredith Grey, who is married to a neurosurgeon at the hospital .The show follows her life as a third year resident at the hospital in the surgical department run by Dr Richard Webber. It covers not only her relationship with her husband, but also with her best friend Cristina Yang and her interactions with the other doctors and staff.
