Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the psychological thriller Swallow. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nathan Halpern (The Rider, Minding the Gap, One Percent More Humid, Rich Hill) . Swallow is written and directed by Carlo Mirabella-Davis and stars Haley Bennett, Austin Stowell, Elizabeth Marvel, David Rasche and Denis O’Hare. The movie revolves around a newly pregnant housewife who finds herself increasingly compelled to consume dangerous objects and must confront the dark secret behind her new obsession. The thriller, which premiered at last year’s Tribeca Film Festival, was released in select theaters and on VOD earlier this month by IFC Films.

ABKCO Records has announced the official soundtrack album for the Netflix original film The Devil All the Time. The album features two tracks by Americana music artist Pokey LaFarge (who also stars in the movie), which are being released as a digital EP today, as well as several classic country recordings, including the traditional folk song Little Bessie by The Stanley Brothers. Billy Walker’s original 1961 country hit version of Willie Nelson’s Funny How Time Slips Away and the 1946 recording of the Delmore Brothers’ Hillbilly Boogie.
