The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson is a series of Soviet television films portraying Arthur Conan Doyle's fictional English detective, starting in 1979. They were directed by Igor Maslennikov. In 2006, Vasily Livanov became an Honorary MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for his portrayal of Sherlock Holmes.

This study provides the edition and annotated translation of a historical inscription in the assembly hall of Dgung 'phur Monastery in Spu rang (Mnga' ris, Western Tibet).

There is a particular, stately calmness about this album as if it’s out-worldly sonics have been chiseled off some strange marble.
