Ishvara

An album of futuristic prismatic soundscapes and flowing musical pieces inspired by science fiction Imagination and dedicated to all those who have wandered under liquid skys of geometric shape and colour and wondered at the cosmos through tryptamine eyes.

"Meditation Elements" is designed for deep relaxation, sleep therapy, stress relief, massage, aromatherapy, yoga and meditation. Gold CD artists perform classical and New Age music that is the perfect music for relaxing in the spa, at work or at home.

Based in Cornwall, England, Ishq is Matt Hillier and Jacqueline Kersley. They have been working in ambient and electronic music since the mid 90's and have also released music under various other names including Elve and Ishvara and on their own record label "Virtual". Their music has been described by fans and reviewers as deep, otherworldy, and magical.
"Fluid Earth" (2010) is an album release of the 2nd CD on the Dakini 2CD version of "Orchid" and contains material from the original "Orchid" sessions. Written and produced 2001. "Bloom" (2012) is a compilation album of various unreleased tracks and one alternative mix, recorded between 2001 and 2012.

"The Invisible Landscape" is a pastoral landscape painting for the imagination.
Ishq have been making music since about 1995 under various guises including Indigo egg, Ishvara, Elve, and a few other alter egos. Ishq music skirts between IDM electronica, deep ambience and even has some newage overtones. The emphasis seems to be on music as harmony.
Ishq means "love" in Persian and Hindi, it is also a word used by such past masters as Rumi to express love of the divine and the ecstatic love of the Sufi or lover of God and all God's creation.
