Jean Marc Foussat

Akchoté spielt seit seinem achten Lebensjahr Gitarre. Er begann ursprünglich mit Jazz und spielte mit Musikern wie Henri Texier, Marc Ribot, Jacques Thollot, Jean Méreu, Phil Minton, Max Nagl, Jean-Marc Foussat oder Steven Bernstein (Big Four Live, 2005).

Henri Roger, born July 20, 1951 in Ismailia, Egypt, is a French pianist. He currently lives in Monaco. He began playing the piano at the age of 15, as an autodidact, in an approach based on the ear, perception, imagination, improvisation and creation. Lover of many styles of music, blues, rock, pop, jazz, he began his professional career in Paris in the early 70s.

Released by French label Rogueart, Transatlatic Visions is a 2009 collaborative album between Joëlle Léandre and George Lewis. It simply consists of one track divided in seven movements.

Contrabasse is a 1998 collaboration album between Joëlle Léandre and William Parker. It's not quite jazz and not quite classical but it is something else. UK label Leo Records made this.
