Johnny Hallyday Fils d'Huguette Clerc (1920-2006) et d'un père belge Léon Smet (1908-1989), Jean-Philippe Smet - alias Johnny Hallyday - voit le jour le 15 juin 1943 à la Cité Malesherbes à Paris.
