Christopher Cross is an American singer-songwriter. His debut album earned him five Grammys. He is perhaps best known for his US Top Ten hit songs, "Sailing", "Ride Like the Wind", and "Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)", the last of which he recorded for the film Arthur starring Dudley Moore. "Sailing" earned three Grammy Awards in 1981, while "Arthur's Theme" won the Oscar for Best Original Song in 1981 (with co-composers Burt Bacharach, Carole Bayer Sager and Peter Allen).

Following up his 2011 album "Ashes & Fire", which was the best reviewed and highest charting of his career, Ryan Adams’ returns with his self-titled Blue Note debut. Recorded at his PaxAm studios and produced by Adams, the album represents another leap forward in his development as both songwriter and performer. Easily his most fully-developed musical statement, the album takes Adams’ inspired songcraft and brings it into a more hard driving rock direction that will please the hardcore Ryan devotee but will also turn on a broader audience.

Jake Sollo (Born in Nigeria as Nkem Okonkwo) started his career in the 1960s as a member of The Hykkers, a popular band that drew large audiences across the country (even during the turmoil of the Biafra civil war). After The Hykkers disbanded, Jake joined the Aba-based super-group The Funkees…a musical outfit turned into instant superstars due to the State Broadcasting Service’s heavy rotation of their demo tracks.
